Frequently Asked Questions

Not at this domain, but our courses have been available for years. We started our first defensive driving classroom back in 1992 and were one of the first online defensive driving providers in the state. We have helped thousands of Texans dismiss their tickets and save money on insurance and we would be privileged to help you, too.

Both of our courses have been fully approved by the TEA and the TDLR and are recognized for ticket dismissal an insurance discount anywhere in the state.

While you may certainly pay for your course using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card or by mailing in a check or money order.

We will cheerfully refund your money for any reason, providing the request is made within 30 days of your registration and before you have completed the course.

Not unless you’re a fool for pain in really really want to. The beauty of an online course is that you can chip away at it at times that work for you. Work on it a couple of hours here in a few minutes there knowing that every minute get you closer to your goal.

Besides the basics like your name, address, phone number and email, we are also going to ask for your drivers license and license plate numbers. We use this information to create personal identification questions that you will see sprinkled throughout the course. Turns out, the state is pretty serious about being sure that the person who is getting a ticket dismissed is the same person who’s taking the course. Personal identification questions help us make sure that this is the case.

Drivers in Texas can only use defensive driving to dismiss a ticket once every 12 months. A copy of your Type 3A driving record will assure the court that you are not trying to beat the system.

If you would like, order one of our discounted course/driving record packages and we will get you the court paperwork you need in one convenient envelope.
